Biography
Charlie Tapp is a former doctoral student in Economics at George Mason University. While an undergraduate at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC he worked as a fly-fishing guide, and studied economics, history, philosophy and religion on the side. A native of Durham, NC, he has been a resident of Northern Virginia for the past three years while working in M&A, and most recently Public Policy.
